Warehouse: Mining Client

Northwestern Ontario, Canada

150′ x 200′ Genesis
Fully-insulated, heated warehouse

With the Canadian mining industry constantly growing, our Cobra Structures installation team started off 2020 in Northwestern Ontario with a major project: a 30,000 square foot fabric building warehouse for a high-end mining client.

The 150’ wide 200’ long clear-span warehouse was the first of two fabric buildings we erected for the client. The warehouse is fully insulated and features controlled applications such as heating, lighting, fire suppression, and other electrical components.

Canadian Remarketing Group

Vehicle photo booth & storage

After a representative from Canadian Remarketing Group contacted us with the idea of a fabric building photo booth for high-end vehicles and equipment, we knew the natural light of our structures would be the perfect fit.

Our team had to be diligent throughout the installation, as Canadian Remarketing Group runs an active yard with expensive vehicles moving in and out. Being aware of our surroundings in order not to damage any materials was of utmost importance for our installation crew.

Personal Fabric Building

Storage Facility

Earlier this summer James Derksen was in the hunt for a new storage space for his pontoon boat. Derksen already has a metal garage, but the single man doors don’t provide enough space to fit his pontoon boat inside, and just barely enough room for his fishing boat.

He decided on getting his own fabric building, and we agreed on a 24’ wide, 40’ long building with a 12’ wide overhead door.
